When you book a session or consultation with Dianna, you agree that:
Dianna resides in the United Kingdom and works in compliance with UK legislation. She is also a member of the SWA, and abides by their Code of Conduct.
Terms for Ko-fi.com/WBW Membership
Your Membership to Dianna's community on Ko-fi can be cancelled at any time, and on cancellation your Membership will cease before the next payment is due. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice of the next payment, you risk having to pay it and it will not be refunded. Subscription payments are conducted through PayPal or Stripe (their privacy policies are linked further down this page).
There are no refunds for the previous payments after cancellation, and any Tier benefits will cease after the month covered by your current payment ends.
Should you have any problems with your Membership, please contact Dianna in the first instance so she can try to sort out the issue, or she will direct it to Ko-fi if it is a technical issue to do with their website function.

You will also be emailed many of Dianna's updates and posts through Ko-fi, and Dianna will message and email you directly through Ko-fi if you are due to receive personal 1-to-1 guidance with her.

Email Subscriptions, Mailing Lists, and Application Forms
As part of registering your interest for, and booking yourself onto Dianna's courses, workshops, sessions, and consultations, Dianna collect personal information. She use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked her to tell you about; to contact you if she needs to obtain or provide additional information; to check her records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. She does not rent or trade email lists with other individuals, *organisations, or businesses.
Dianna uses two third-party providers to collect your applications, sign-up/booking, newsletter subscriptions, and payment information for courses, workshops, sessions and consultations offered on this site: Weebly and Paypal, both of which are GDPR compliant.

*Please note, Dianna trades as Bitten Fruit Books through her PayPal account. Bitten Fruit Books runs as a publishing house and creative enterprise, and functions as an administrative umbrella for most of Dianna's payments. Payments made to Dianna or WBW Jewellery through PayPal are via the Bitten Fruit Books name. (Your payment will appear as 'PAYPAL*BFBOOKS' on your statement.)

For consultations, coaching or holistic therapy sessions, and some workshops, Dianna may ask for the following information:
Data gathered for in-person consultations, coaching sessions, and some UK workshops: All sessions are completely confidential. As a holistic therapist, Dianna is required to keep a record of your sessions with her for ten years from the date of your last consultation. This information is manually written and stored in a locked location. No information is kept electronically, or on an online cloud. Your information will not leave the United Kingdom, and she will not share your information with anyone at all, unless required to do so by law. In certain, rare situations, Dianna may be asked to share your information with her insurance body to fulfill claims requirements. She is insured with BGi.uk.
Data transmitted for online sessions: For online sessions, your details will be sent to you via email using Google's Mail service, or WhatsApp, or Facebook, Messenger, or Telegram, or via video using Zoom.us. In these cases, please be aware that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
For data collected online via this website, such as contact form information: We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. In addition, we do not store your personal information on our own servers, but use data processors to collect and/or store your information for us: Weebly, Madmimi, and Google (inc. Google Mail) - see the sections above for their privacy policies. Because these data processors are not based in the UK, please note that if you are an EU citizen, your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

Access to your Personal Information
You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information of you that Dianna holds, with the exception of consultation notes: she legally has to keep consultation notes on file for seven years from the date of your last session - in this instance, she cannot delete them. But you can still request to view them by emailing Dianna at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you believe that any information she is holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email her as soon as possible at the above address. She will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
